Our Mission
The Legal Centre for Palestine (LCP) is driven entirely by volunteers dedicated to advocating for the legal rights and dignity of Palestinians and their allies in Canada and beyond.
Our mission is to advance the cause of Palestinian rights and liberation through legal advocacy, policy influence, and strategic litigation.
Our Story
Founded in 2021, the Legal Centre for Palestine (LCP) was established to address the unique challenges faced by Palestinians in Canada and to support the broader movement for Palestinian rights. Our inception was driven by a deep need to combat systemic discrimination and to provide a voice for Palestinians in legal and policy arenas.
Through extensive community consultations and collaboration with anti-racism academics, activists, and legal professionals, we have built a robust foundation for our work. We are committed to responding to incidents of harassment, providing strategic training, and advising policymakers to ensure that the rights and narratives of Palestinians are recognized and respected.
Our Values

Dignity: We uphold the inherent worth and dignity of every individual.
